"God, they're old". She says.

We're watching David Gilmour on BBC1.

"Everybodys older than they were." I say. "They were old when you saw them."

"But that was 15 years ago", she says.

"Yes, and you're 15 years older than you were then."

"Ah," she says. And with that the point was made.
