Hey! Wait! I've Got A New Complaint!

Dear Metro Newspaper,

I note your review of "REM Live" by Nadine McBay published in yesterdays edition of "The Metro". It's only fair to suggest that it resembles in many ways my review of the item (found at http://www.amazon.co.uk/R-E-M-Live/dp/B000VI04HK/ref=pd_bbs_1/203-0752505-4130349?ie=UTF8&s=music&qid=1193257869&sr=8-1 and http://www.thefinalword.co.uk/content/view/601/25) in a way that seems too similar to be a mere coincidence.

Compare the following two obvious examples :

"REM have done what they said they'd never do - release a live album. Still, a band is entitled to change it's mind" (Nadine) with my paragraph : "REM *once swore they'd never release a live album. Like everyone, they lied. Or maybe they just changed their mind." (Mark)

and

"With liberal use of jump cuts, varying colour grades, and low resolution monitor footage..." (Nadine) and "... his trademarks of jump cutting, delibrate camera shake, switching film stocks, using grainy and degraded monitor footage, multiple panels, and other cheap tricks" (Mark).

I don't mind if The Metro wants to publish my work, but at least attribute it (and send the cheques to) the right person. I would be interested in your thoughts.
