Horse To Water

This divorce business is hard. And really, really hard. Really, pointlessly hard. I'm bending over backwards to try and solve this and someone else is absolutely refusing to move at all in the slightest. I'm trying so hard to solve it. It needs someone else to move, hell, for someone else to even do something as simple as answer the phone. That's all it takes. And that it seems, is too much for that person to even do. It's pointlessly hard.

What can you do though? Make a diary of attempted contact, keep notes on every little thing? I guess that's the only thing you can do in case things get worse and you have to detail the problems.

Fingers crossed that you get a break/breakthrough.

I agree with what Danny says. As horrible as it sounds, detail everything. If it gets really bad, be prepared to show that you were willing and trying at all times.

I hope you'd never have to use it, but be prepared just in case. You want to be prepared and not be surprised and left empty handed. Especially not where it concerns your son.
