MARK'S NOTCAST Ep 251 : Bono "Surrender" - the book, audiobook, and tour... 24 November 2022.

Notcast Episode 251 : Bono published his autobiography - "Surrender" - this month, as well as a 20 hour audiobook, and a 14 date solo tour which explores the themes of the book, his life, and common shared experiences of life, love, relationship, mortality in a way that is half performance art, half autobiography. Like many people, there were turbulent health events that could have ended lives, and this show helped me recognise that my fears and experiences about mortality are by no means unique or uncommon. I wasn't sure we'd ever get back to seeing the bands and acts we love ever again, and this show felt like a victory. 24 November 2022.
