MARK'S NOTCAST Ep 403 :The Nirvana posthumous discography 1994-2024. 26 August 2024.


After "In Utero", Nirvana toured, and then, somewhat predictably, it was over with Kurt's death in April 1994. Bootlegs exploded, "Unplugged In New York" was released, a live album was abandoned (then resurrected), weird coffee table books came out, then a torrent of box sets, reissues, live albums, and other stuff.. I also talk about the audiences relationship with the art and artist, and the Universal studio fire of 2008 that destroyed huge amounts of unreleased, unheard music. 26 August 2024.
